She has specialized in research and analytics and has developed tools like 'Toogle - Television optimization Models', 'ARM - Brand Awareness Model', 'Brand Analyzer - Brand Engagement Models', 'Marketing ROI Model'. These tools have been recognized in the industry and has been awarded the Gold in research, by Ad Club Mumbai.
Prior to joing FCBUlka, she has worked in creating personal care categories and fashion brands in her 5 year stint in Aditya Birla Group.
Prior to working Mahuya completed her MBA in marketing from one of the premiere institutes in the country
