- Analysed the buzz across parameters for the company & defined competition
- Combination of various online media viz. Blogs, Groups, Message boards, Forums etc. were used for this study
- Analysed the buzz over 12 months across clusters like health, sensory, kids, core values, dimensions and occasions
- Arrived at themes on product associations, health, price, activism, advertising etc

- Project for one of the leading cruise line companies in the world
- The objective of this study was to understand and analyze buzz and various relevant parameters for the company and its immediate competition
- Combination of various online media viz. Blogs, Groups, Message boards, Forums etc were used for this study
- Analysed buzz on emotions, issues, experience and sentiments associated with cruises
- Arrived at themes and insights on product associations, dining, entertainment, services, etc.
